RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at The Fab Lash Collection your safety and satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a product or you have received damaged product, please email us immediately, with a picture attached of the product, to shopthefablash@gmail.com to resolve the issue and start the process. Please do not return a product without first contacting us. Indicate in the subject line of your email "Order Return" or "Order Exchange" with your order # as well. We will send you a return label if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products have a 14-day, satisfaction guarantee in which you have a choice of receiving a replacement of the same product at no additional charge or a refund of your purchase amount for only the damaged or defective product(s). If you choose a refund, we will make a return back to the original method of payment less shipping cost. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and if applicable, the replacement product is shipped at no charge. We will send you a return label. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we also accept exchange requests within 7 days of order delivery. Exchanges are limited to once per order. You may exchange one product for another if the item is in stock at the time of exchange. You don't have to exchange for like items, but if the items in the exchange request are not equal in price, the customer is responsible for the price increase. Please note you may not exchange free promotional gifts. Full returns for your money back will be credited to your original method of payment less shipping cost.
